Mykhailo Oleksiyovych Slutsky was born in the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. In the same city, he studied at secondary school No. 2. He obtained a higher economic education at the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”.

Worked as an accountant, database administrator and program and software support specialist at several enterprises in the city of Kramatorsk.

Since September 6, 2021, he has been an accountant and coordinator of the volunteer movement of the Mkrtchan Brothers Charitable Foundation.
